Congratulations Chad and the Rife Contruction team on your incredible new space in SODO! It was so much fun working with Rife. Rife Construction is extremely talented, knowledgeable, and experienced in the field of Masonry. They are also great people! We were able to find Rife a new larger space to facilitate thier growth and to give them a space that would provide them additional product storage, industrial space to load and unload materials more efficiently, and maybe the best part gives thier employees a gorgeous new office, and employee breakroom. Building owner Jen Osborn and Ed Kloth we amazing to work with and will take great care of thier new tenant. There is no doubt a well thought out and targeted building location and space can give the ownership, team, clients, and the community confidence and energy to work together and make everyone more successful.
