Michael J. Peterson, born and raised in Southern California, is a dynamic operations and leadership professional with a diverse background in business and the arts. As a full scholarship student at the Debbie Allen Dance Academy, Michael performed on television, in movies, and traveled internationally as a dancer. At 28, he purchased his first rental property, sparking a passion for real estate that has fueled the growth of his personal portfolio. He has overseen a portfolio of over 220 doors and worked in luxury real estate in Los Angeles, managing homes valued between $6 million and $60 million with the city’s top short-term rental company. He is now on the path to becoming a licensed Washington State real estate broker.

His inspirational leadership fosters employee morale and relational depth, creating environments where individuals and organizations thrive. Known for delivering measurable results, Michael excels in P&L management, team building, and driving operational efficiency. When Michael is not spending time with his wife and children he loves to workout, read and explore new cuisines and restaurants. He has an affinity for baking and loves to try new recipes to share with his friends and family.
