Katie Lee is the Director of Operations and Administration at Rob Gasca Real Estate Group, where she leverages over a decade of real estate experience to lead the company’s operations, marketing, and logistics.

Katie oversees daily processes and drives initiatives to improve workflows, increasing efficiency across all facets of the organization. Her expertise in process improvement, strategic planning, and team leadership enables Rob Gasca Real Estate to deliver high-quality service and innovative solutions to clients.

Before stepping into her leadership role, Katie gained hands-on experience as a leasing agent and assistant to a managing broker. She believes that a strong foundation starts from the ground up, and her comprehensive experience in all aspects of a property management firm has given her a deep understanding of how an elite property management company should operate. She values client and interpersonal relationships and is passionate about fostering team members’ growth.

Katie is proficient in Microsoft 365, RentManager, On-Site, DocuSign, AppFolio, and knowledgable inQuickBooks Online. She has also played a key role in overseeing the transition from paper to electronic systems, and optimizing leasing operations.

Katie earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Washington, and in her free time, she enjoys reading and spending time with her family.
