Background & Experience
John has 35 years of experience in Commercial real estate and corporate management. He began his career in commercial real estate in 1988 where he provided construction, brokerage, and development expertise for a variety of office and industrial clients in the Baltimore/Washington DC market.
After relocating to Seattle in 1992, John pursued a career in high-tech holding positions in sales management and business development for companies that specialize in wireless data communications and internet based technologies.
John joined Rob Gasca Real Estate Group with nearly 20 years real estate experience in the Puget Sound. He brings a wealth of practical real estate and business experience to his client base. This well-rounded background provides complete understanding of each side of any transaction.
John and his wife reside in West Seattle and they have four children
