Felicia moved to Seattle in 2016 after 20 years of visiting friends and her yearn to get back to the West Coast. Over 30 years in sales, marketing, customer service and negotiating led Felicia to her obtain her real estate license in 2015. 7 cross country moves including New York, Florida, Kentucky, California, Maryland, and Illinois has educated her on move in/move outs of homes owned/rentals and task mastering. Felicia now heads up the business development team. Felicia loves to problem solve for her clients and serve them in the best way possible. In her downtime, she enjoys spending time with her husband, young boys and 2 labs, trying different cuisines, music, and running. As a member of several local groups she has assimilated into the Seattle lifestyle and loves it. Felicia is thrilled to have joined the Maple Leaf team!
