Beth is a Real Estate Professional with over 20 years of experience managing all aspects of a Multi-Family Residential community including Class "A" and “B” portfolios, (Mid-rise/High-rise communities) throughout the Seattle Metro Area.
Her experience has taught her to be an operational “superstar” building positive relationships with her teams while becoming a trusted advisor for her clients/owners. This has resulted in meeting and or exceeding client/ownership's' NOI and ROI expectations, leasing up and velocity goals.
She is a proficient user of Yardi, Yield star, LRO, Ops Technology, Real Page products, Rent Manager, Avid, Excel, CRM products, Appfolio, Zinspector and Microsoft Office. She is familiar with the MFTE program with the City of Seattle and the reporting expectations. She is driven and motivated to learn as much as she can about her portfolio and marketing/pricing trends to benefit her client’s best interest.
In her free time, she enjoys several outdoor activities, but most of all, loves spending time with her husband and 3 beautiful granddaughters.
